| Stamped concrete is commonly used for driveways,
sidewalks, and patios, and is manipulated to resemble various patterns
and textures of other building materials at a fraction of the cost.
Decorative concrete has become a cost effective alternative to more
expensive building materials. A regular cleaning and sealing maintenance
program is necessary to preserve the surface so stains and oils will not
penetrate the substrate. Sealing stamped concrete also helps prevent
cracking, chipping, and wear from normal usage, as well as adding
durability and beauty to the surface. If you have any concerns about the
surface becoming slippery from the sealant, you can request our special sand
which crystallizes on contact with the sealer and creates an "anti-slip"
surface. We also remove areas of rust when necessary. Our unique
process:
- Remove all furniture and items near surfaces to be cleaned.
- Pressure wash all surfaces and back off all outer edges.
- Remove stains as needed and rinse.
- Apply a very high grade non yellowing sealer by brush and roller
to all surfaces.
- Sprinkle on "anti-slip" sand if requested.
